Allergen & Dietary Information

We label every item on the menu with the dietary and allergen information we hold for it — vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and common allergens like dairy, nuts, gluten and egg.

Important

Our bakery handles a wide range of ingredients in the same space. We cannot guarantee any item is completely free of a given allergen, even when it isn't a stated ingredient — cross-contact is possible. If you have a severe allergy, please contact us directly before ordering so we can talk through what's safe.

Custom order options

Many cakes and cookies can be made with a gluten-free base or with reduced sugar — choose these under "Dietary options" when customizing an item, or leave us a note at checkout and we'll confirm availability before baking.

Per the blueprint (sec. 31): "the system must not claim that an item is allergen-free unless the bakery can genuinely guarantee the claim." Confirm accurate ingredient and allergen data with the kitchen before publishing item-level claims.
