These terms govern your use of Bloom & Batter's website and ordering service. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

Ordering

All orders are subject to product availability and bakery capacity. We reserve the right to decline or limit an order — including large or custom cake orders — when it exceeds what can be safely prepared and delivered in the requested window.

Pricing

Prices are shown in Mauritian Rupees and may change without notice. The price shown at checkout, before payment, is the price you pay.

Deposits (large & custom orders)

Orders over the configured threshold require a deposit to confirm production, with the balance due on delivery. All orders are final — see the Cancellation Policy for what happens if an order is changed or cancelled after a deposit is paid.

Liability

We take reasonable care in food preparation, packaging and delivery, but are not liable for delays or issues outside our reasonable control (severe weather, road closures, and similar events).
