Delivery fees are based on distance from our bakery, shown at checkout before payment.

Scheduling

Choose a delivery or pickup window at checkout. Cookie boxes and same-day items are subject to a cutoff time, and custom cakes need more lead time — the exact windows are shown when you select a date at checkout.

If something goes wrong

If you're not available at the scheduled time, or an issue comes up during delivery, contact us through the Support page and we'll help sort it out.

Fees and zone boundaries here reflect the blueprint's example figures (sec. 11) — confirm actual zones and fees with the business.
